Refund policy
All Items must be returned in the same as shipped out condition and returns must be initiated within 14 days of the order being received. All TCG's and related merchandise are NOT RETURNABLE. We have personally tested every game we sell, and they are in 100% working order at point of sale. If you are having problems with your game, please reach out to us and we will help you walk through how to get them working. If we are unable to help you get the game working through messages and phone calls we will replace it or refund your money. All Pokémon packs, blisters, and boxes are factory sealed unless otherwise noted in the listing.
